SONERA VÄLJER COMINTELL FÖR KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT-PORTAL NOVESTRA ÖKAR SIN ÄGARANDEL I COMINTELL Comintell Holding AB har fått en viktig order från Sonera att leverera knowledge management-mjukvara inklusive integrationstjänster till Soneras business intelligence intranet portal (se bifogat pressmeddelande). Ordern bekräftar den ökande efterfrågan på knowledge management-lösningar och på Comintells produkter och tjänster inom detta område där Comintell redan har flera större företagskunder såsom Ericsson, Birka Energi, Telia, Tetra Pak och IKEA. För att säkerställa finansiering för Comintells ytterligare tillväxt till dess att företaget uppnått positivt kassaflöde, vilket beräknas ske under 2001, har AB Novestra beslutat tillskjuta ytterligare 4 MSEK genom en nyemission som ökar Novestras ägarandel till 37.7% "Vårt engagemang i Comintell ligger inom vårt investeringsfokus på "enabling services and technologies" där vi har flertalet av våra investeringar. Vi förutsåg redan i slutet av förra året nedgången i marknaden och den allmänna omvärderingen av många Internet-relaterade projekt och företag. Därför har vi under de senaste tolv månaderna undvikit investeringar i nya kapitalkrävande projekt. Vi har också en stark finansiell ställning med tillgängliga medel för ytterligare investeringar på c:a 300 MSEK", säger Novestras VD, Thomas Åkerman. "Idag har Novestra en portfölj som generellt sett utvecklas väl och med en begränsad exponering för Novestra vad gäller ytterligare kapitalbehov bland portföljbolagen", fortsätter Thomas Åkerman. Av Novestras övriga portföljbolag är det i huvudsak Bredbandsbolaget, Iquity Systems och Mobilestop som har negativa kassaflöden.
