Diös Fastigheter: Diös acquires properties in Skellefteå and Östersund

Diös acquires three commercial properties in Skellefteå and one in Östersund. The objective of the acquisition is to complement existing properties in the portfolio and further strengthen the company's presence in both citites. In total, the value of the property amounts to SEK 186 million and the total lettable area encompasses some 10,000 square meters. Transfer of ownership will take place in November 2021.

The purchased properties in Skellefteå include community tenants as Region Västerbotten och Skellefteå kommun. The largest tenant of the purchased property in Östersund is Mittmedia/Bonnier. The transaction will take place in a company form and the result will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2021.
