Diös has acquired two properties in Gävle: one is a new office building in the fast-growing Ersbo area, and the other building is made up of offices and other commercial businesses, strengthening the company's existing portfolio in Alderholmen. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 103 million. The seller is Ersand Invest and transfer of ownership will take place on 1 April 2021.

Ersbo is expanding rapidly and Diös sees great development potential in the area through offices and urban services. The acquisition of the property in Alderholmen complements Diös' existing portfolio in the area and enhances future development. The total lettable area encompasses some 8,000 square metres. The transaction will take place in a company form and will be reported in the second quarter of 2021.
