The group has not yet received all Q1 2013 reports from all
distribution channels. Based on the information available, for the
period of January-March 2013, the management forecasts revenue at
27 MSEK, with operating result before extraordinary one-time items
at 9.4 MSEK.
Extraordinary one-time items are legal and other fees paid in
connection with the start of the process to apply for a listing of
the company's shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm in the second half of
2013. These items are not connected in any way to the group's game
development and publishing operations.
The management forecasts operating result in accordance with IFRS
(extraordinary one-time fees above included in expenses) to be 8.1
MSEK, and earnings per share to be 0.87 SEK for the period.
This forecast corresponds to achieving 55% revenue growth and 41%
(63% when excluding extraordinary one-time items) operating result
growth compared to the same period of 2012.
The group reports results in SEK, but receives virtually all of
its revenue in other currencies. SEK has reached its strongest
exchange levels during Q1 2013, unlike a year ago. This reduces
